Very poor service. No value on client whatsoever just the money. They'll keep you waiting for feedback for hours if not days. Most of the times you'll have to chase them around for feedback and they won't even respond to your enquiries fully. It's been a bad experience, honesty. And a waste of money. I highly recommend Agnes the kind of situation I was in got refusal for my wife visa was very stressful but in a very short span of time, Agnes helped me to get my application and documentation done.
