I was very pleased to find this store, much needed in central London for repairs. I wanted to have an unused necklace altered to be made into a bracelet . Coralita was friendly and helpful in helping me. Kamran who did the work on the piece was highly professional . It was not an easy job, yet Kamran managed to do it, and not only that, he did it fast while I waited! I was so happy with the way the bracelet turned out, I wore it straight away! Big thanks guys :)

Excellent service from very professional watch repair shop In-Time on the ground floor of Debenhams Oxford Street. Francois gave very good advice on a suitable watch strap for a treasured watch of mine, then went on to identify a fault in the fitting of the back cover on the watch. This had happened when having a new battery fitted recently on a trip abroad. I had spotted that the gasket was visible, which it shouldn’t be, but hadn’t mentioned it when asking for the new strap to be fitted. Even so, Francois saw it and replaced the gasket for free. That went beyond my expectations and I’m very grateful. Thank you very much, Francois!
