Extortionate fines for poorly signposted car parks and no email receipt on payment of fine. Parked late on a Sunday evening for a stroll in the lakes and had no idea I needed to pay given the time and poor lighting around the machine until a £60 fine arrived. I'd tried to pay on the app but due to lack of signal wasn't able to. Given it was late on a Sunday evening and it wasn't clearly advertised that you needed to pay no matter what time you used the car park thought I'd be fine. Ridiculous to receive a fine of that amount for parking in a empty car park late on a Sunday evening

Appalling. Got a tick at Fistral beach which I never knew about - no communication through post and no ticket on vehicle as it’s ANPR. Just had to pay £170 to close the case. Please try to avoid

Absolutely disgusted with this company. I have a disabled little girl and I thought I could park with my blue badge for free. The sign was worded very cleverly so I read it wrong. The charges are extortionate especially as a carer I get hardly anything. Really upsetting how they dismissed my appeal, extremely rude . Not even worthy of one star!!!

I'm disgusted at the price these charge for fines compared to others. If you make an innocent mistake and read the sign wrong then it will cost you £100 or £60 within 14 days. I'm disabled and read the times wrong. It was raining so didn't even get out of the car. Stopped less than half an hour. Now I'm paying £60 for thinking it wad free after 4pm in the winter.
