Having previously dealt with a rep from Initial who we found unhelpful I was not expecting much from the visit that was booked in yesterday. But yesterday we were pleasantly surprised when the Hygiene Specialist Lailah Robinson came to our organisation. Firstly I have to say she was very polite, well mannered and extremely helpful and most importantly she turned up on time which is usually a problem when we make appointments with other companies. Initially we were only going to keep the one product we currently have but after Lailah's advice she helped us identify the needs we have for our organisation and had some fabulous products that will help us. She was not pushy in her advice and showed professionalism in her knowledge of the products and our needs as an organisation. We ended up going for another 4 or 5 products and she built up a good rapport and due to this we hope to always use the services of Initial. She is a credit to the Initial company and brand. 5*
