Room was well appointed and comfortable. Nice clean bathroom. Really enjoyed our stay. However we were very disappointed with the level of service at breakfast. It took an hour for our ordered breakfast to arrive. Whilst the waitress did apologise after about 45mins and advised that she had asked the kitchen to hurry up we were still kept waiting. I am certain we were not the only ones!

I would like to congratulate all your staff who were incredibly helpful during the stay. The front of house staff took our cases and stored them securely so we were able to visit tourist sites in London. The room was spacious and ideal for a family. The food was delicious and the waiting staff were attentive and polite even though they were really busy. Thank you for everything I will be recommending the hotel and pub to all my friends.
