It’s been a little while since my AC unit was installed. Just in time before the really cold spell we had in December. It was a godsend! We were able to stay warm and toastie upstairs without having to max out the central heating, what with the expense of that these days. Anthony was brilliant, carefully explained everything to me and even did the installation while not feeling 100% with a bad cold. I obviously haven’t been able to try out the air cooling side of my unit yet, but I’m so pleased with the heating. Definitely a lot more economical. Getting my head around the remote control took a bit, but there are a few useful YouTube videos that explained it quite clearly. I’m looking forward to a cool summer this year. Anthony was so easy to talk to. I was a little worried as we live in a mobile home and didnt know if it was possible to have aircon. Anthony immediately put me at ease. We went ahead and had a unit fitted, the service was excellent. No mess , very efficient and polite, no hanging around, just got on with the job. We would recommend him to everybody. Lovely lad.
