Media Training was another excellent course with ISOC. Not only did my trainer Adam Kirtley come with years of experience, he was also an effective teacher with patience, relevant examples, and concrete feedback for immediate and future improvements. Highly recommend the course.

I found out the course "Public Speaking and Presentation Skills" through google search and was not sure about ISOC. However I can tell it was all worth it. My trainer Corrina, was extremely professional and experienced in delivering the course and tailoring it meet my goal. Practice and theory balanced very nicely. I am happy to recommend the course if you are looking to start presenting or looking to home your skills!

L.E. Having found the first course interesting, I decided to enrol to a second one. I proceeded again as advised on their website, paid by company card, with the invoicing details to be sorted out subsequently. Unfortunately, I will have to edit my review, given the difficulties that I am facing in order to get payment details sorted out. Over two months after having first requested, on behalf of my Employer, a tax residency certificate, they failed to provide the document, first claiming they didn't see my e-mail, then that the person in charge was out of office, then that it takes time to have it specifically for my country, then that the tax inspector advised them to just send a document dated 2018 (i.e. 5 years ago) and issued for a different (allegedly parent) company, with a completely different name and that this should suffice. Given the amount of time dedicated to write emails, make phone calls, etc., to no avail, and the awkward position this puts me in at work, I'm afraid I will have to change the previous rating as well. ______ Training material carefully constructed and extremely well structured, a perfect mix between learning new things and practising what we had just been taught. The workshops gave us ample opportunities to discuss, to find the best approach to a specific problem, to weigh the pros and cons, to figure out the best way forward. Trainer very knowledgeable and very good at explaining new concepts clearly.
