There are many agencies out there but Interparcel stand out in their customer service. Communication is excellent. All couriers have issues, missed collection, late deliveries, bad handling etc. When it goes wrong Interparcel step up to the mark. They answer phones, emails and online chat. Not many agencies do this.

I arranged collection and delivery of three packages from a UK location over 400 miles from my address. The parcels were collected by UPS within an hour and a half and delivered to me, by UPS, the following day almost 24 hours later. Fantastic service and are now my 'goto' parcel courier service. In this age of poor service being the standard it is refreshing to see that high standards still exist when you know where to look. Thank you.

This is second time ive used interparcel. 1st parcel was an ornately decorated wrought iron gate, with flower/leaf detail, chose tuffnells courier, superb service. Courier arrived 8.45am tues west yorkshire, and parcel was delivered to south coast 11am wednesday... on a 2 day delivery so actually a day early. Gate arrived in perfect condition, not a petal out of place, i had been very concerned that parts could be bent, customer was delighted with the service. 2nd parcel sent friday west yorks to somerset says arrive monday, which again will be inside 1 day delivery as i didnt opt to deliver weekend. The website is amazing. 4 email option sent free of charge to both client and myself re tracking status. Tracking link is live on my email site until package clears system/delivered. Really keenly priced deliveries by top rated couriers. I am very happy to commend this courier site.
