IPS Consulting have been very professional and provided an excellent service through out the whole process of obtaining Planning Permission from LBHF and liaising with the refurbishment project manager. Our case was not straight forward due to the fact that the property is in a conservation area and there is also a covenant, but the team has paid attention to detail and the documentation prepared for the council has been extremely accurate and prepared in a timely manner. The instructions for the refurbishment company have been very precise. This way the whole process was very smooth. We have constantly been updated on the process of the application and got prompt responses to every question we had. Overall we are extremely satisfied with the services provided and would recommend the professional team without hesitation.
