I would have given this place 3 possibly even 4 stars but it was absolutely awful customer service. I bought a shami kebab for £1.50, 2 vegetable samosa's for £1.40, I asked for £2 worth of pakora's but was given £2.90's worth instead, No big deal only 90 pence more than I wanted I thought. When the young guy behind the counter added up the total to pay, it came up to £7.80. I thought that sounds a little bit too much, so I asked the guy to add it up again because I said you may have got it wrong, He added it all up again and said no that's all correct it is £7.80. So I then got him to itemise the bill one thing at a time and told him that's it wasn't the correct amount, it should be £5.80 and that his maths was terrible. (Bear in mind that he was using a till to work it out twice and still couldn't get it right) He then worked it out again and realised what I was saying. At which point his buddy steps in and says there's no need to be rude! So not only has he overcharged me, got the amount wrong twice but his buddy behind the till is telling me I'm being rude For simply pointing out that he'd overcharged me. At which point I explained that I wasn't being rude I was simply pointing out that you've overcharged me. I then asked the other chap who had overcharged me if he thought I was being rude and his reply was 'well yeah kind of' rather than apologise for the error and his buddy wanted to have a fight with me about it. What a rude pair of guys behind the till, a pair of little whipper snappers who have no respect for their elders. Even the £2 he did return that he had overcharged by, turned out to be £1.20, when i checked after leaving the shop. This was initially a one star review but I have increased it to 2 stars purely due to the fact that one of the couple of older chaps behind the till, did apologise on behalf of the children behind the till. Perhaps the 2 youngsters will take a leaf out of their books after reading this review! On another positive note don't let me put you off from ordering food from this place because I'm not a vindictive person and the food was actually really nice. It was just the experience that left a bad taste in my mouth. Could improve the mint and chilli sauce though. In any case due to the poor attitude of the 2 youngsters at the till, There's no way I'd ever go back to this shop to buy anything again. Well done lads great way to create repeat business from your customers. Perhaps the management should consider putting some adults behind the tills.

The shop owner needs to be a bit more courteous and approachable with his customers. Instead of making ppl feel like they have an unpaid debt to settle with him! The lady (I'm assuming his wife) is just a breath of fresh air in comparison to him. No matter how much you spend, ul still be expected to break into a tenner for the 20p squirt of chilli sauce in a tub! Or he'll just ask you to buy £9 worth of pakoras to make it worth you breaking a tenner for.. Lame and shoddy ppl skills if ever u witnessed! Ps, gave 3 stars for the lady, the cook & the kid.

This place reminded me of Pakistan from the moment I entered! The aroma, the setup !! Food was nice and fresh. Personally we didn’t enjoy the samosa chat but the rest of the food was good.
