Totally disgusted the way I have been treated with this community mental health team. Promised me so much support, made me open up a can of worms meaning my childhood then to dismiss it & not give the help I was promised. It made me feel Great when they said they are here for me when they actually were not. I was referred through my drs but once I seek Legal advice & a meeting with the dr who referred me so I can tell him how I was treated & to NEVER EVER RECOMMEND community mental health team because they will promise you so much help but actually get None. Now I am so hurt & it’s affected me BIGTIME I’m a self harmer & doing what they did to me made me feel a lot worse & I self harmed due to feeling unheard & to find out by asking them What exactly have you done that you promised? Absolutely nothing was done except for a wasted appointment with a shrink who just wanted to take my medication away when I thought I was being assessed mentally & medically & she would give a diagnosis but No just wanted to take meds away. Absolutely disgusted to know these people Are doing this to vulnerable people & I won’t rest til I see them in court so they won’t do this to anyone else. Amanda

I don't even think they are worth one star. Iv had to fight for 7 years to get my daughter to be assessed for autism and adhd she was on the waiting list for 16 months but they only did part of the assment. I'm still trying to get the adhd looked at she now has the diagnoses for autism which has affected her so much that she can't do a full day at school we get no help or support and I'm sick of the way they don't communicate with me they couldnt of let a young person down anymore than they have with my daughter she is now 12 and still trying to get the help she desperately needed the survives needs to be looked at properly and sorted out i would be grateful if a manger got back to me
