We approached Business Wales for help with our business, who then set up some sessions with Iterate. We worked with Iterate to help understand and define our target market, with the view of developing a product label which would appeal to the right people and show what our brand and product is all about. Gethin, Tom and Holly were helpful from the start; outlining what they planned to achieve in our sessions, taking on board our ideas and concerns, while offering their experience and knowledge to help us. They carried out some methodical analytical work about the market and our potential customers, and later some surveys which provided useful and objective insights, some of which have now been acted on. I would definitely work with Iterate again.
