I’ve been here multiple times in the past 2 years including a coil fitting and a smear test, I’ve always felt super comfortable and the staff treated me with care. I didn’t have to wait long either for my appointment and if I did, I don’t really mind given I know that the NHS is generally understaffed and It’s not their fault.

I came here to get an IUD taken out and a new one put in. Dr Madeleine Benns was incredibly kind and talked me through everything and any questions I had with gentleness and concern. When getting the IUD fitted, Dr Benns and her assistant were extremely supportive of me and repeatedly asked me if I was doing okay and to tell them if I needed to stop. I felt very safe and secure in their hands and I would highly recommend coming here. IUDs are not a comfortable thing and can vary in pain for different people, and to have a doctor and assistant be so kind and considerate makes all the difference. Thank you to both :)

black guy named Hu is the most bigoted, narrow minded individual I've ever come across. Talk about being judgemental in a non judgemental setting. Hu mate, not everyone fits in the same box based on ur stereotype.

Very easy to book online though you get seen an hour later to your appointment time. Its a bit funny as you have been scheduled a time for a reason and you don’t even get seen 5-10 minutes after the time given but a whole hour. First clinic that i’ve been to that takes long.

The nurses and operators are really kind and it's been a pleasant experience. But, I reckon they should test you before giving you treatment. I was given medicines because they thought I had an infection, then it didn't pass, and only a few weeks later they actually tested me and it turned out negative. I don't think it's good practice to give medicines without previously test.
