The only supplier in Billingsgate to have consistent quality Tuna. I have been buying from Billingsgate for 3 years for my restaurant, and I still go by foot to do so. The other suppliers Tuna are from Spain, central Atlantic etc, and are inconsistent quality / artificially coloured. I can personally recommend the Tuna from J Bennet for Sushi / Sashimi, as they are sourced from notoriously better fish farms in Maldives / Sri Lanka / Oman / Indonesia. I always recommend my customers to go to this place, if going to billingsgate. The service is good too - it is difficult to get meaningful / good service in Billingsgate, and most of the time other suppliers will lie to me about the source / quality / arrival of their salmon etc. J Bennet doesn't do that.
