Sign outside advertises repairs. Called for the first (and only) time to ask if some links could be taken out of a chain to make it shorter and possibly attach a shell pendant, which I had with me. Yes it's of no value, but it's special to me. Once the lady had finished her chat and asked what I wanted she took one look at the chain and couldn't get me out of the shop quick enough. No interest whatsoever. Won't ever go back.

Absolutely amazing service. I am now slightly past my due date and waiting for my baby to arrive. This morning I woke up with some pretty bad swelling and all of my rings were a struggle to get off, but one got stuck! After a quick phone call, staff saw me and quickly got to work trying to remove the ring for me. Luckily this ring had no sentimental or monetary value to me and the gentleman in the shop managed to cut it off for me! So kind and patient and absolutely lovely! Recommend this place so highly.
