Terrible service. They were supposed to deliver our order between 2pm and 5pm, and they managed to deliver it at 5.30pm. The reason? "Oh, sometimes we can be late". We asked for a refund of the order (not a huge order, just £25 so it wouldn't have been a big deal to them), but they said "sorry, we can't do anything about it!". This is really unacceptable and a terrible, terrible customer service. Would not and will not reccommend to anyone.
