Can't thank these enough for the treatment and dignity of their conduct with arranging my Grandad's funeral. Very professional, compassionate and my Grandad looked like he was peacefully asleep. After looking around at multiple funeral directors, J F Thompson & Sons was by far the best. After suddenly losing our dad, both Kim and Courtney was extremely accommodating towards me and my sisters. They both made everything so much easier and was so pure and kind! We felt like part of the family - they was so comforting towards us. She really looked after my dad, allowing us to pop in whenever and made the worst situation ever a little easier. I definitely will never go anywhere else with special ones x

I can't fault the service that my family received from Kimberley, Countney and the team. My Dad was treated with respect, and the rest of my family with a great deal of compassion. The communication throughout has been excellent - Kimberley has consistently gone the extra mile throughout, and my family just feel so thankful. Kimberley said that she'll treat my Dad like she would her own, and I believe that to be true. Nothing about the process was business-like. Kimberley sourced a celebrant named Andrew for my Dad's funeral. My Dad would have loved both Kimberley and Andy - the service was lovely. It was touching, uplifting, personal and meaningful. During this incredibly challenging time due to the virus, processes have changed daily. My family have been kept updated throughout. Kimberley, Courtney and Andrew - my family will forever be in your debt. Thank you so much.
