Disappointed with the customer service of Harrisons coal merchants. Having been a regular customer ordering bulk 10 x 50kgs bags of coal over the years , I was disappointed at the quality of a recent delivery. The order should have been Trebles. However, this was not the case as it contained a high quantity of slack and small pieces within the delivery. I called Harrisons to complain and was met with an unhelpful gentleman who could only explain this stating it must be a bad batch of coal. Clearly this is no compensation to the customer! He then suggested I sort out the coal and put it to one side to he replaced in a future order. Even if I had space to do this I informed I was not in the habit of sorting or coal! If they are happy to lose a loyal customer so be it. Needless to say we won't be ordering form Harrisons again.
