Health and Safety may be a company policy, but there is often a Hopkin's street cleaning lorry parks and TOTALLY obstructs the pavement. The driver must live somewhere in Golborne but no one seems to know where he lives. He obviously doesn't care about anyone with a pram having to get past. Can someone take the time to explain to the driver that it's illegal to obstruct a footpath, especially with a big street cleaner. Also, the mess they leave on the pavement is disgusting. Health & Safety? Ha!
