Wow what can I say? I've been looking at getting back into biking after many years off. Whilst visiting many bike dealerships around the country. I came across J & L by chance whilst working in the area. As soon as I walked into the dealership I was left to my own devices and felt very relaxed in a happy welcoming, comfortable environment. Laurence was a complete star, so helpful, knowledgeable and passionate about everything to do with bikes. I had an idea of what kind of bike I would go for but after talking, testing and sampling I came away with something totally different with a full set of new quality kit at a great price. Here they are not about selling the most expensive bike but what suits and caters best for the Individual rider. This infact saved me money. The whole staff in here are fantastic, so welcoming and honest a testament to the business. I highly recommend you get away from your computers and get out there and visit these dealerships. Interaction with the staff is fantastic. They have so much knowledge and experience to pass on, it's priceless. Also seeing the bikes in the flesh is great with so much variety. Thank you again Laurence it was a total pleasure and great experience. Keep up the good work team. Looking forward to my next visit.

Excellent service from Lawrence and his crew today. Recently had a service on my Yamaha FZS600. Today I started to suffer a hesitation and misfire. Dropped in on the off chance and Lawrence immediately took a test ride, his colleague did some tests, worked out the fault and found a solution while I waited. All done without charge. Friendly and helpful. Lawrence even demonstrated to me a novice rider how to correctly line the chain. Thanks Lawrence and team.

Took my V2 Panigale in for service on 3rd October, what a transformation, the bike is running better than when I bought it new (did not buy it from J&L, not mentioning any NE Ducati dealers for legal reasons), thanks to you all for the work you did on the bike and the warm welcome I received. PS 10 years ago today I took a photo of the Desmocidi when it was in the window, lovely seeing it again.

Wide range of impressive Ducati bikes. Was interested in the kawasaki h2 sx they had but they were not interested in my p-ex. (BMW bikes). Bought a nice pair of trousers for my son from them however.
