Terrible service. Engineer arrived, stayed 2 minutes before saying he wouldn’t be able to fix the wine cooler, despite having had a description of both the fault and model of wine cooler in advance. He departed abruptly and the company charged £90 on my credit card. Asked for a partial refund considering no work was done and didn't get a response for weeks. Please think twice before using this shambolic company. Service: Refrigerator repair

i told them that I needed a new motor for my appliance, but was told i would need to have a call out - which did result in the engineer telling me that i did in fact need a new motor. However, he informed me the call out charge would be discounted from the subtotal. They then showed up, with out an appointment, to pick up said appliance - and could not tell me how much the cost would be, so i refused. A total waste of my time and money !!!
