J&R were able to supply me with a specialist product that was difficult to find. The price was very good and they gave me extremely helpful tips on how to use it. Real craftsmen. Able to make time and effort for someone with a very minor order. I would be happy to approach them about bigger projects too.

Went to pick up the job when I got the 'job ready' email, only to find that it wasn't complete (the most important cut) wasn't done! To be fair they offered to amend if I waited 20mins. But I didn't have the time and didn't want to get stuck in traffic for an hour re-collecting the following day. All in all not feeling like I got good value for money at all!
