Excellent staff - always try to repair things and are super helpful. I just took a broken zip on a rucksack in and Josh mended it swiftly with no charge. We have used for nearly twenty years and repairs last well and are decently priced.

Extremely rude and ruined a very expensive pen with some horrific engraving. Then the guy tried to blame me for asking them to do it. I asked if they could do it, they said yes so i assumed they could and trusted them to do so. They completely ruined a Cartier pen. Read the reviews and avoid at all costs. In response, it was 100% this shop. You offered me a partial refund of the engraving costs! This was several months ago. My previous review mysteriously vanished.
