Who employed these people? Honestly your staff are rude and hostile! Not a drop of respect! I went there for the first time and was shocked at how little manners they had! All of them especially the brunette; she looked at me like I didn’t belong there! Im pretty sure they were racist. I genuinely have never been so shocked and ill be sticking to the one in ashton becaude these people DO NOT want customers. Awful! stay away!

Totally arrogant and rude. Almost treated with disgust. They come across as better than you and treat you as such. The tall so called manager needs a lesson in speaking with decency. And a few manners wouldn’t go amiss. **The staff attitude reflects the company. Good or poor it reflects on the company. I feel uneasy, and even makes me feel unwell to walk into the Worsley Bramch. Prices regularly incorrect at checkout compared to advertised prices. Nobody will say avoid a particular person, the company is the one who is shown in a poor light.

Really disappointed with the service here. I spend thousands of pounds monthly in this wholesales and they treat me with such disrespect. No one comes to help, when I want to pay, they keep me waiting while drinking their tea and laughing at me through the glass window. I honestly don't know why I still shop here. They are unhelpful and inattentive, while waiting to pay numerous times they just go off to help other customers. I have been very disappointed with the service. Being cheap doesn't make you a good shop. Being nice to customers does.
