In reply to the parking issue That as far as we are aware no changes have been made , and that it’s a private road , the sign is to make car owners aware that large attic lorries come in and out and it’s for their car safety … Or maybe don’t say anything, perhaps ask Freshview if the guy works for them wonder if it’s the driver that hit that car of the Freshview lady and then tried to pin on us ? Lol They think they own the street. Look at the sign they put up in a PUBLIC ROAD. Hahahahaha Vehicles parked at own risk? Who do you think you are? You clearly think you are above the law, don't you? By the way, if this is not removed by the next time I come to the estate, you WILL be reported to the Newcastle-under-Lyme Council and you WILL receive a 2500 quid fine. Unauthorised signage on public roads is an offence. You have been warned.

Absolutely appalled by the service at the Stoke store. I was stood waiting at the till for 25 mins before anyone came over. Staff were walking past me and didn’t bother coming over to assist with my checkout. The quality of the foliage is also rubbish - Many bunches were moldy on the stems. Everyone that works there seems miserable with no desire or motivation to greet customers or ask if any one needs help. I will not be returning to this chain until it gets a serious face lift!
