Not serious. We booked a house visit with Barbara and we went around the neighbourhood for 20 minutes not being able to find the house. She had not left us her number and did not attempt to contact us. The agency office only answered after several attempts and did not provide her number either. Finally we found the house to visit but too late. Barbara did not even apologise and gave us 5mn only to view the house. An absolute waste of time and rude team.
