Visited a few times to cut some keys. Service is always very good and staff is very friendly. Good location as not many shops cutting keys nearby.

I visited the shop at around 12:30pm on last Friday (Apr 21st) to duplicate the key. After the sale person finished it for me, I realized thenew key and original key are not at the same length. I asked the sale person right away, but the guy just told me to come back if it’s not working. Of course after I went back to test and it’s NOT working indeed! So I have to go back for another visit and this time the same guy used another set of new key to get the same length key and finally it worked! During my 2nd visit, the guy didn’t even say a sorry for not doing a good job in the first place and I have to waste my time to go back again. His attitude is making me comfortable

I visited the shop at around 12:20 pm on 25/Mar/2023 for shoe repair: (1) The first thing the shop operator said was that any glue that ended up on the surface of the shoes will be at the consumer's own risk; (2) Then he showed a brush the size of a torch (diameter of ~3 cm), implying that the tool is not fit for purpose; In the end, I ended up not purchasing the service, as the shop operator's attitude gives the impression that: (1) The staff at the shop is not willing to take reasonable diligence and care in performing the appropriate level of service; (2) The skill level of the staff is incompetent, and the tools not fit for purpose; (3) The staff is not confident in their own ability to perform the service without damaging customers' items

I used to use their dry cleaning, but I won’t return there! They damaged my jacket and after a few attempts to clean it, it remains the same. I’ve spoken to the Manager or Owner Mr Elliott. One day he agreed to give me a full refund and the other day when I popped in, his worker didn’t even know about it. When he gave him a call suddenly it was only 50% refund. Shame on you!
