.. Fabulous range of vehicles.. no pressure from the owner who was happy for us to look around .. ended up purchasing an amazing campervan.. was talked through everything and shown how it all works.. Great warranty and all camper parts, bed sink fridge, etc. are brand new .. we chose the solar power option, too. Bought today.. MOT and delivery tomorrow.. highly recommended

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Pictures on the internet hide alot of the damage and are not accurate, all of them were damaged in some way shape or form, dont get me wrong we know they are not brand new cars, however the car we went to see had a massive crack to the bumper, the alloys were scuffed to high heavens and the overall presentation was shocking ( you can see the polish marks ). On the internet they look very professional and well kept, however when you get there all of them are cramed into a tiny warehouse space, you cannot even examine them properly because of how close they are all packed together. They didn't seem to know alot about the cars, one of the people there would occasionally come up to us and asked us have we seen anything we liked, to which I had to reply no. We even booked a test drive with the car we picked out however no one at all seemed interested in getting it out for us ( I dont even know how they would have it would have taken a good hour to move them all about). We travelled from Walsall to see these cars and were extremely disappointed with the service & lack of care. Do not trust what the pictures they have on the internet.

We had an Elgrand from Ezad and everything is fine and good till you don’t have any problems. The front Bush was making a very funny noise and when asked I have been told it’s wear and tear and not in warranty. There was a judder on the steering wheel and when reported he said that it needs new discs and pads. He said that it’s a common problem with all the imported Elgrands and expects customers to pay for replacements when they are with in the 3 month warranty. It’s an imported car which comes in a container and stands there for 4-6 months. These have to be checked and the little problems come in a bit of time rather than coming on Day 1 and that’s the reason why there is a warranty. I ended up paying though it’s under warranty. He is a nice person upto selling the car and once sold he doesn’t want to know about it. Simple as that. We have trusted him though he is over priced by 3-4k for similar specs from other importers basing on his reviews but would definitely advice to tread with caution.
