Great suppliers, from enquiry to delivery Kristee at Jaques has been great! The benches we hired were perfect, in immaculate condition, and although I wasn't there for delivery or collection of the items, the venue have passed on compliments of how lovely it was to work with Jaques & Co. We used Jaques to rent some tressel tables, benches and a fire pit for our daughters christening. The quality of the product was great and Kristee was super lovely when she dropped off and collected everything. 5 stars is not enough!! We recently hired trestle tables, benches and chairs from Jaques and co for my mum’s garden wedding. Kristee and her team were extremely helpful from the beginning right up until the night before when I realised I had mixed up chairs and benches! However, this was sorted promptly. The handmade tables, benches and chairs are BEAUTIFUL and extremely well made. They really did create the atmosphere we had visioned. Unfortunately, I did not get the pleasure of meeting them in person as I was running other wedding errands. However, my mum and sisters raved about how lovely, friendly and helpful they were! I will be recommending their phenomenal customer service and beautifully handcrafted furniture to everyone! Thank you so much! x
