The food is good but the service is terrible. Very slow and they don't even bother to greet you when you walk in the door. The staff are very off hand and not at all helpful.

Once again, 40 minutes waiting for 2 coffees. Why do my family do this to themselves? The excuse: "We're busy." God knows why, with this type of service. Busy serving the most patient clientele known to mankind, I guess. The staff are simply crying out for some basic training. Highly disappointed.
