    I just can’t stay away from this place for brows and Lashes. Georgina is the absolute best - she truly changes your face shape with her organic brow and eyelash extensions. I started coming here when I was pregnant as only wanted organic treatments but the past couple times also changed from LVL to 3d extensions and they have stayed on longer than any set I’ve ever had. I usually go to the Shoreditch branch but this location is super convenient in Stoke Newington and feels super cosy/relaxing. Services: Eyelash extensions, Brow lamination

    The day after I got my lashes done I noticed on one side a lot of the lashes had fallen out (I hadn’t wet them and I sleep on my back) I called the store to see if they could fix this since these lashes were very pricey. I was advised to email a photo so I did. I got a response saying my face was just not symmetrical so that’s why they looked like that. (lol) I’ve gotten my lashes done for 2 years at many different lash salons, so I know the reason for my lashes looking lopsided is because of the lashes not my face. I have never written a bad review before but wanted to share my experiences of this horrible customer service and experience to warn others as I now have to get them fixed else where. :(
