Both my wife and I bought a new pair of spectacles from the Otley Branch. In the past we have only ever used one of the large 'chain' opticians. My goodness what a difference. The service was excellent. Peter was so patient, knowledgeable and professional. My wife's prescription is not straightforward but he managed to sort it out and create a bespoke pair of spectacles that she loves. The saying "that you get what you pay for" is so true. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Samuel Goldwyn.

I usually go to another mainstream optician in Harrogate, I was in otley and called in to see if they would mind adjusting my glasses which the other optician had attempted but made a real mess of. Peter couldn’t have been more helpful. He’s so experienced and sorted the problem straight away and didn’t even charge me anything. I also saw some glasses whilst I was in there which I will definitely get next time. Goes to show you get what you pay for with smaller independent opticians. Thanks Peter!
