Sectioning rough & uneven & very loose messy scraggly ends, not wispy. Also lost a huge amount of length as she croches upwards. Random rectangle/triangle sections & hot cross bun effect rather than brick sections. Since been fixed by a well established loctician however I’ve had to get extensions which coincidentally didn’t loose hardly any length. Main disappointment was that she wouldn’t refund the money for my maintenance appointment which I’d in a few months so she wouldn’t be loosing work. I paid for the maintenance before she left on my first appointment, I really should have waited to see how they were after a little while. I’d rather loose the money that return unfortunately & I will be sticking with my new found loctician. I Do love my dreads now. Service: Dreadlocks

I honestly can’t express how much I love my new look. Elise was so professional. Talking me through the process, what I needed to do with after care and is always there to answer any questions I have. She is also great company, refreshments when I wanted them, Netflix and someone interesting to talk to, what more could you ask for while you get your hair done! I’m so glad I went with someone who has the knowledge and years of experience in the profession.
