i’ve been to jimmy’s mobile to sort out all my phones since i got my first one (i seem to have a habit of dropping/ breaking them) and i trust him completely. i travelled from dunmow this morning as my phone wouldn’t turn on and i needed it to work today so it was important i got it fixed. i was in and out of the shop within 30 seconds which a working phone so thank you very much. he just did a little trick with the volume and lock screen buttons and my phone turned on! i asked how much i owe and darren said nothing it’s fine which i really appreciate so thank you very much to the staff at jimmy’s mobile! i hope i don’t have to come back but if my phone ever breaks or fails on me.. i know where i’ll take it to get fixed.

Excellent service. I broke the screen on my mobile. Phoned on the Saturday of the Jubilee weekend. Jimmy got straight on to his supplier. When the supplier didn't answer he got on to the supplier's boss. When the item arrived Jimmy sent it back (with my agreement) because he wasn't satisfied with the quality. When he got the right thing he fixed it in a couple of hours even though he was busy and I wasn't in a rush.

This is the go to service in Epping Another shop had seriously messed up my Samsung A50 changing the cracked screen. Nothing worked anymore. Jimmy and Darren fixed it perfectly for me with no fuss They could not have been more helpful, friendly, efficient and sensibly priced.
