Five Rings has been an amazing academy with the highest levels of Jiu Jitsu. The Sheffield academy will close at the end of May 2023, and all members will move to a new academy named Olympus Jiu Jitsu.

My grandson is 7 years old and has been attending this Academy since he was 5. He enjoys every lesson and Paul is a super instructor, always making every lesson fun but still keeping the students on task. I would recommend 5 rings to anyone wishing to give Jiu Jitsu a try.
