James provided us with an exceptional service and we are extremely pleased with our bathroom renovation and boiler replacement (moved to new location upstairs). He was always happy to answer questions, provide advice throughout the process and approachable. All members of his team were also very friendly and respectful. Snags were all addressed quickly. Minor issues we had were down to us buying poorer quality products, completely out of James' control. So a word of advice is to not blame your installer if you go for a bargain! James also answered my annoying DIY questions throughout his time, which I was extremely grateful for! We have since had James back for boiler servicing too, all a smooth process, thankfully. Nice to find a tradesman you can rely on.
