AVOID - Shocking. Avoid at all costs We should have read the reviews on google. Simply avoid and appoint a qualified architect who is regulated it will save you thousands. Should not be allowed to masquerade as an architect.

We used Jon to do a double storey rear and loft extension. Jon helped us through the initial purchase and gave great advice throughout. The plans were very detailed and the builder even commented on how well laid out they were. My wife and I are really pleased with his efforts and would very highly recommend him.

I'm a chartered surveyor who works in property development and had a very strange experience with John Moulding from JLM. He started very well, and seemed to know his stuff with regard to our extension/knock-through in our own home. He provided us with his thoughts and what seemed like a reasonable fee quote. Having instructed John to do the work he came round, measured up, promised to be in touch and has never been heard from again! I have tried calling, emailing and texting him but he seems to be unwilling to engage in any way. Highly disappointing.
