Both my father and recently my mother’s funeral have been arranged by John Heath & sons. I have had more involvement with my mother’s funeral and I couldn’t believe the curtesy and professionalism that was given to me and my wife, we were immediately put at ease regarding all the arrangements even down to to the smallest details like finding some heather to put in the bouquet. Nothing was to much trouble which resulted in the service running extremely smoothly.

John Heath and Sons recently conducted the funeral for my late husband who although he had suffered from a degenerative illness for many years, died very suddenly. I was very shaken at the time of his death and Adam Heath and all his staff have been supportive, responsive, sensitive and professional at all times. They enabled me to articulate my wishes and then made sure that the service they provided exactly matched what I wanted to achieve to say my final goodbye to my husband of 50 years. They delivered every aspect of the funeral to an excellent standard, and, on the day of the funeral itself, the staff in attendance were kindress itself to me and our close family. I cannot recommend them more highly, it was truly a professional, but personalised and sympathic service which made one of the darkest days of my life so much easier to bear.
