Very poor service Ordered brass plates and paid up front for them. We called them to get it cut down from original size. Nobody called to confirm changes to size after we asked them to. Nobody called to confirm delivery date. Nobody ever calls you back even if they say they will. Eventually got a delivery date of Wednesday, then changed to next day. So eventually had to send somebody to drive to their offices and collect. Person at office said delivery had just arrived, even though we had already previously spoke to a female in the office on the phone AN HOUR before, who said it had just arrived. Brass was wrong size. Never made the changes we advised to do.
