We bought our first house through John Shepherd in Solihull and had a great experience. We dealt mainly with Katie and Shannon who were both fantastic - helpful, professional and efficient. When we had problems with our conveyancers, Shannon helped us to very quickly switch to a recommended conveyancer and sorted it all out extremely promptly. The whole house purchase process happened really quickly from start to finish, helped massively by John Shepherd. They really made things easy for us. Reason for 4 stars is that we had a bit of difficulty during the offer process. We were refused a second viewing on the property before putting in an offer of at least asking price (despite there being no other interest on the house). We've not heard of this happening elsewhere and the member of staff we dealt with was not very professional. Once the offer was accepted though, everything went very smoothly from there. We would recommend overall.
