The service we received from Jenny and Simon was friendly, informative and we never felt pressured to purchase. The whole process has been easy and straightforward and we were always kept up to date about our garden room. We had our garden room delivered yesterday and we were amazed how quickly the three fitters installed it, when they left the garden room was completed, they returned today to put the finishing touches to it. We were very impressed with the installers they were polite and friendly and worked hard all day. We would highly recommend this Company and all the staff that provided us with a great service thank you for making it stress free and a pleasure to know.

The sales transaction was fairly straightforward, unfortunately i have been severely inconvenienced by installation and aftersales departments. A window was broken on installation, i was promised a replacement, waited 2 months and heard nothing, chased it and arranged an engineer visit, they turned up and left, wrong glass, no thought to call me and let me know though? Chased up again, fixed on the second visit but still waiting for the electrics to be completed. And again no call back? Need to do better!
