I ordered a micro digger for the 19th July. Has a builder arranged for that day. It was supposed to be delivered in the morning. Then I got a text to say it wasn’t coming until dinner time . Dinner time came and went and no word until I rang to find out it had broken down on the last job. I was told they were trying to get one from else where. This didn’t happen. So I rebooked for 2nd August after having to pay the builder for a lost day. I sent a text confirming the rebook. Ringing on the 1st to confirm it was booked for today I was told there was nothing in the book despite my confirmation by text. I called several times and eventually was told I would receive a call back. Nothing and yet again I have had to compensate my builder for lost hours today. I would not recommend this company. They are very very unreliable and if I could give zero stars I would. Avoid them like the plague

Called and booked out their Mini digger, they were supposed to arrive in the morning, no word or update. Tried calling......no answer. Managed to get in touch with one of the employee's (who wasn't actually working at the time). He spoke with the gaffer who said he was going to sort something, never heard anything after that. Tried ringing the gaffer who eventually just turned his phone off, no explanation of why they didn't show up not even an apology. My advice, pay a bit extra and find someone who will actually deliver. These guys won't even admit when they've screwed up and because of them we wasted a full day.

Supposed to come early morning didn't come until mid afternoon lost half of the day then it decided to cut out and not turn back on until the morning so lost even more time and when I told him about it he didn't seem bothered at all. Should have read reviews first. Never again. Shocking.

Hired a mini digger after struggling to find one at short notice. Digger was delivered on time, was in excellent condition and worked like a dream without missing a beat. All in all excellent service and equipment provided by professionals who can deliver.
