Having had little experience of Estate agents for many years I did my research and Jordan & Halstead was one of three I approached for the sale of my late father's house. Cameron was courteous from the start , knowledgeable of the local area and understanding of the wrench of selling our family home of over 50 years. Given the circumstances I wanted to choose a smaller estate agent who offered a more personal touch and i believe he delivered in achieving that. Silly as it may seen i haven't forgotten how he took off his shoes before entering the house and that to me was a sign of someone who would be respectful and courteous in his dealings with me. That proved to be true. Both Cameron and Sue were friendly but professional and showed empathy for the difficult circumstances of the sale which we very much appreciated. Despite to the long probate process which presented a few challenges with the sale and also in turbulent times Cameron consistently kept me updated, chased solicitors etc for us and responded personally and promptly to emails and enquiries. I can highly recommend him and Sue for their professionalism, and friendly not pushy, personal approach and hope they thrive in the Wilmslow area.
