Delivery was scheduled 4 times and then cancelled, each time I did not find out until I called to find out where the door was. The first time was due to a quality issue with the glass but the following 3 were because they didn't have the replacement glass ready. Constantly shifting blame onto suppliers rather than acknowledge they hadn't met standards by not informing us, but really, why would you schedule delivery of a door if you didn't even have the required parts in production? Deeply unprofessional experience, only saving grace is the refund.

There was a minor error on the input of details but I contacted them shortly after recieving the confirmation and the issue was resolved with no push back. Will be ordering from here again in future. Extremely disappointing company. Ordered a window and they managed to get the order wrong and sent over the wrong size, I waited 5 weeks lead time for this to happen. Absolutely shambolic! Avoid this company like they plague! Once this issue was highlighted to them and escalated to their management I was horrified to be met with an attitude of couldnt care less, and that's coming from one of their managers. Absolutely awful company and customer experience!

Placed an order on the 3rd Feb and still not received the composite door. Moreover one of the windows that I received has been poorly manufactured with screws inside it incorrectly drilled. The window catches every time you try to close or open. Such poor quality. There's a few bad reviews regarding this company and I can see why.
