    So I phoned up in the morning explaining that I had applied for cycle scheme through my employer and had said what bike I was interested. They got back to me very quickly and recommended the bike that I now have. The quality off the bike is fantastic I’m over the moon with it. And best off all the customer service was fantastic I explained that I didn’t drive and I couldn’t make it to where the shop is based and asked about delivery. I was told not a problem we will bring it to you and on the same day fantastic customer service fantastic bike very happy thankyou so much!

We felt like we had known them for years . We got the bike delivered within two hours after buying it.and the after care that comes with it is brilliant .     I’m going back around five years now and my Dad was diagnosed with terminal cancer. We decided to buy him a new e-bike and visited Martins shop in Leicester. We spent a couple of hours there speaking with the assistant who never wavered and was honest and helpful. We purchased the bike and Martin delivered it the same afternoon and spent some time talking to my Dad. The bike gave my Dad two years of freedom, he went over the handlebars a few times gave us all a laugh. When he died my sister in law took over ownership and still has the bike today, she rode along side my brother on the towpath of the river soar and disappeared into the water, my brother did help her out after retrieving the bike first and taking a picture of her. Brilliant bike and the best service ever. Thank you Martin and staff.

    Been using justebikes since last June, when Halfords decided my bike had turned into a motorbike because it had a throttle. Had various repairs done since and Martin has always got straight onto it and fixed it in double quick time. Can't fault the service, both Martin and Tina are very helpful and courteous, would recommend it to anybody with a bike. Took my bike in last night for my brakes and Martin rang me first thing this morning to say they were done, my bike does 324 miles a month so you need your brakes working properly especially in this weather. So for a great service use Justebikes.

    The customer service in the shop is just wonderful, I have never felt so looked after. I was kitted out with an amazing e bike, lights, helmet and mud guards all for a super affordable price. We had a check up on my bike after an agreed period of time to ensure it had bedded in and everything was working perfectly - spoiler alert, it was great! Couldn’t recommend the team enough - thank you to Angela and Martin for making sure I got exactly what I needed. Everyone needs an e bike, it had kept me moving even when fuel prices sky rocketed. Once you have the right gear, nothing can stop you.
