  Booked consultation and now cancelled after phone call. Juvida informed me they offer free consultation no salesman etc. Person that does the consultation is basically a sales advsior in my opinion. I asked if i would be told roughly how many grafts would be possible for a HT, and was told I would need to pay for that service. How is that right? I just read the response whilst I am happy you are taking my feedback on board, and you state how you want to be transparent, yet again you failed to disclose you charge a fee for face to face consultation with the hair surgeon.

  I recently had a hair transplant this month at this clinic after years of deliberation. I chose this clinic after a recommendation through a friend, and I was put in contact with Nick. The whole experience from the initial consultation to the after care is excellent. No pushy sales, just informative advice. Special shout out to Nick, he knew I was nervous but answered all my questions straight away in the build up and was very supportive on the day. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. You may get the transplant cheaper abroad but the quality and service levels won’t be matched with what’s offered at Juvida Clinic.

  After doing years of research during covid on hair transplants and where best to get one done, I finally chose Juvida. From the initial consultation with Kieran to turning up on the day of surgery to meet Dr Jamie and his team of technicians, I was made to feel everything revolved around me and my needs. No hard sell, always at the end of the phone for questions; and made to feel very welcome by all staff on the day. One thing I did learn as part of the experience: don’t get caught up with the clinics trying to push or persuade you they can offer you 5000 grafts (Turkey companies are renowned for this). In reality this would never be the case. It’s all about the quality. 2000 grafts can give you 4000 quality hair follicles. It’s all about follicle quality, not graft quantity, and this is something Juvida is open and transparent about. My procedure lasted about 9 hours following a session with Dr Jamie working through hairline placement and design, but time went quickly. No pain (but the initial anaesthetic injections nip for a few seconds) plenty of good music, chatting with the team whilst they’re extracting and counting the follicles, the odd nap, a few Netflix films during the implant process; and more napping. The following day all I experienced was a bit of swelling in my forehead but no pain. Follow the instructions you’re given post surgery and all will be fine. I’m looking forward to seeing the full results. Would highly recommend Juvida. It’s not worth taking the risk flying to Turkey when you have the expertise, full support; and warranty from a reputable UK company.

  During my research into a potential hair transplant I came across Juvida Hair Transplant clinic. I've had consultation with Kieron who was very knowledgeable and approachable during and also thereafter during our informal consultation, I've had lots of questions and worries which he resolved and even setup a consultation with the Surgeon. I've also had a consultation with Dr Umear Ahmad who come across as extremely professional yet approachable. Dr Umear provided valuable information on the hair transplant and made sure I fully understood the process and took time to understand my expectations. Will be using Juvida in future.

  I went through PRP treatment with Juvida back in November last year and paid for 3 sessions. Important that I am completely honest as I looked at these reviews before undergoing the treatment. Unfortunately the treatment did not give me the results I wanted, my hair slightly thickened but no where near to the extent that I desired. Before trying PRP its important to understand thats its not 100% effective and you are NOT guaranteed results. I am giving Juvida 3 stars because the guys there were pretty helpful and easy to work with. Bit of a shame that it didn't turn out the way I wanted as its not the cheapest thing to pay for.

  Best Clinic in the Country hand down. Their customer service and care for their patients is just exemplary. The process from start to finish and aftercare is just brilliant. Special thanks to Dr Ahmed and the rest of the staff for being brilliant in what they do for their patients. Thanks guys and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to have their treatment done in the UK.

  I had my hair transplant at Juvida Skipton in August 2019. The treatment I received was second to none, all the staff were very welcoming and professional. Post procedure (After Care) the Doctor maintained communication and I was able to contact him at any time! I was delighted with the results of the hair transplant and I started PRP treatment but unfortunately this had to cease due to receiving Chemotherapy. Throughout this I was still able to continue my contact with them. Now that my Chemotherapy has finished I have been able to return to Juvida to recommence my PRP treatment. Once again, they are so supportive and helpful, I would highly recommend anyone considering a hair transplant to go to Juvida Clinics.

  I had a hair transplant at Juvida, Skipton on the 20th November 2020... my initial consultation was with Jamie, who I must give a special thanks to - he has stayed in contact regularly regards my progress, how I was feeling both pre and post procedure & also been on-hand throughout the whole process whenever I have had any queries or concerns to advise, what ever the time or day! Juvida Clinics were great on the day.. they made me feel totally at ease and guided me through each stage of the procedure/process. I am now at month 3, and I’m starting to see the results & the “new hair & hairline” come through.. even before this process is complete, my self-confidence has been massively restored and I have Juvida to thank for this. For anyone considering a transplant.. DO IT!! And you couldn’t be in better hands than Juvida, I couldn’t fault them.

  I started losing my hair about five years ago, when I was 26 years old. My hairline changed rapidly, and the top of my head was getting thinner and thinner. I tried to ignore it for a couple of years, but it really began to affect my confidence and my overall mood. I was forced into having one hairstyle that I felt aged me quite significantly. After a while, I decided to fully shave my head, because I thought that it looked so bad. When I shaved my head, I felt really happy for a few months, because it was as though I had removed a huge burden from my life. I actually didn't mind how it looked shaved, but after a few months I started to really think about how my hair used to look before it started thinning. I then started to consider getting a hair transplant. I assumed all of the UK clinics would charge astronomical prices, so I focused my research into the clinics in Turkey. The places that I looked into in Turkey offered appealing prices, but they all wanted to do a "full head" hair transplant, and usually mentioned something along the lines of "4-5000" grafts. At this point, a good friend of mine posted a review of his experience at Juvida, and I reached out to him to get more information. I was really inspired by how amazing his results were, and shocked when he told me how affordable it was for him. I then contacted Juvida, and I was impressed at every step of the process from that point. Initially, the consultant that I spoke to did not push for a sale. He offered great advice, and informed me about PRP and Dense products. He advised that it would be more beneficial for me to just go for a hairline transplant, and that a "full head" one would almost definitely be the wrong decision. The customer service here was fantastic, and at no point did I feel as though this was all about taking my money. I decided to book my transplant, along with three sessions of PRP and a monthly subscription to Dense. One month later, I arrived for the procedure. From the minute I walked in there, I knew I had made the right decision. All the staff inside the building were extremely friendly and helpful. There was only one person having a transplant there each day, and it really felt as though they were making the effort to make that day all about me and my procedure. They made me feel really comfortable, and answered any questions that I had. The procedure was completely pain free. The only discomfort was from the local anaesthetic, but this was minimal in pain and duration. After that, it was actually really relaxing. They provided dinner for me and allowed me to watch Netflix and listen to my music as they worked. The team who did it were chatty and really made me feel at ease. I was given very clear aftercare advice, and they made me feel confident with what I had to do for the next few weeks. 3 months have passed since my procedure, and I genuinely believe that this is the best thing I have ever spent my money on. My results are already incredible, and my self confidence has returned. Juvida offered me a guarantee that if I wasn't entirely happy with the results I was getting, they would rectify whatever they could for me. That is a peace of mind that I simply would not have got if I had gone abroad. My experience with Juvida has been incredibly positive, and I would absolutely recommend anybody that is considering a hair transplant to get in touch with this company.
