Should not be driving nor teaching. On kents hill road in heavy traffic I was letting cars through (car parked on opposite side of the road, I had right of way but only two car lengths in front before solid traffic so no point blocking the road) and this "driving instructor" decided he would over take me just as another car was oncoming that I had just flashed to let him through. Dangerous driving, ignorant of other road users just a disgrace.
