Kev was fantastic and very thorough with explaining what was wrong with my car. I was very impressed when he said the car was done within 3 days and the scope of his talents. As I had called a few garages prior who all said they were unable to do the job related to the clutch and gear box. He also pointed out a few basic maintenance issues, a garage 1 month before I visited had missed in the servicing, which he kindly did for me too related to the lights and oils. Working 100 miles from home and my car starts making this dreadful racket. Took it to Kev who looked at it straight away. He had a good idea what the problem was and was able to get it in his workshop the next morning. The problem was diagnosed very quickly and was repaired by the end of the day. The cost was reasonable, the service was excellent and Kev is a really nice guy as well. Would recommend K Haynes Auto Repairs to anyone.
