We had a major blockage of a sink drain, that had got steadily worse over 3-months. As a previous drain company could not locate the exit of the drain pipe, they suggested drilling through a wall and digging the garden up, to run a new waste pipe.!! (£££) I contacted K&M for a 2nd opinion. Harry and Kane attended on-time, and spend hours using various tools, to initially to try and clear the drain and blocked sink. They used a sophisticated camera in to various manholes and found the exit point of the drain pipe. They then spent time to thoroughly clear the blockage, and prove once and for all the problem was solved. Amazing perseverance and professionalism, we would have no hesitation in recommending K&M to anyone.

We had a very complicated issue which Thames Water were unable to diagnose even after four visits, so K&M came to our rescue. Harry and his assistant Charlie arrived promptly and were determined to find the issue - they were very nice to deal with and clearly took pride in delivering a high level of service. They had pinpointed the problem and produced a detailed report including images all within a couple of hours. If you need experienced and knowledgeable experts with specialist equipment, these are your guys. We are so relieved to finally have a solution to our problem - Thank you Harry and Charlie, and also to Mills for making it all happen.
