I have searched everywhere for a dry cleaners that follows my explicit directions, has excellent service, is reliable and K&S dry cleaners does all of that satisfying my needs. Even though I live close to many dry cleaners I always make sure to travel the extra few miles to go only to K&S Dry cleaners and have been for many years. The service at K&S is top notch, my clothes are always on time and I have never ever had one problem or bad experience with them. Every specific detail is always listened to and I take all my expensive clothing here. Highly recommended for all your dry cleaning needs as well as alterations. Very helpful, professional and friendly staff! Always on time with my items and very gentle with the fabric as they don't want to ruin the clothes – they were very careful with a pair of my trousers which got some stains. Did the job twice and the lady at the reception was very nice – she charged me one price. Thank you very much!

Worst experience ever with this dry cleaners. I went to the shop to get two pairs of trousers shortened, I showed the man exactly where it was I wanted the trousers shortened to. I then picked them up, thinking they was done, didn’t realise that they wasn’t done until I went to wear them and they was still exactly the same length, the trousers was not shortened at all. I then come back and said they hadn’t been done. They said they would shorten the trousers, I then came back to pick them up and the trousers had still not been done. I then asked to talk to the manager he was very rude and would not refund my money when I said I will take my business elsewhere. Service: Alterations

Very unprofessional! I came to get my jeans tailored and when i dropped the jeans off they said they could fix it with no problems and now that the day has come for me to pick up the jeans, they said that they can’t do as asked due to the stitching would have to be different and instead of informing me that on the day i dropped the jeans off, they informed me when I called. ridiculous and completely unprofessional Also dropped some dresses off here about a month ago and they altered them way too tight to the point i couldn’t fit in it and at first i thought my measurements were wrong however i came to find out that the same thing happened to a lot of my friends when using this service.
